1. Eligibility

By using Dragon Fly, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Account Registration

To use Dragon Fly, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may only maintain one active account. Multiple accounts for the same user are prohibited.

3. Points & Rewards System

• Points Accumulation: Points are earned through gameplay, daily check-ins, and special events.
• Conversion Rate: 10,000 Points = 1 USDT (subject to change at our discretion)
• Minimum Withdrawal: 10,000 Points required for withdrawal
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed within 7-14 business days
• Point Expiration: Points may expire after 180 days of account inactivity

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Method: Withdrawals are supported only via Binance Wallet
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for providing a correct wallet address
• Irreversible: Incorrect wallet details may result in permanent loss of rewards
• Fees: Network fees may apply to withdrawals

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT engage in any of the following activities:

• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the game for unfair advantage
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referral systems
• Share accounts or allow others to use your account
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harassing behavior
• Use the app for any illegal activities

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Dragon Fly, including but not limited to:

• Game design, graphics, and artwork
• Software code and algorithms
• Trademarks and logos
• Game concepts and mechanics

are the property of Dragon Fly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Account Termination

Dragon Fly reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Modify or discontinue the app at any time
• Change point values, conversion rates, or withdrawal thresholds
• Forfeit points and rewards in cases of terms violation

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process outlined in our Account Deletion page.

8. Disclaimer

• No Earnings Guarantee: Dragon Fly does not guarantee earnings. Actual rewards depend on gameplay activity, skill, and system availability.
• Market Fluctuations: Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate and are not controlled by Dragon Fly.
• Third-Party Platform: Binance is a third-party platform, and Dragon Fly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Binance.
• Local Laws: Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding digital rewards and cryptocurrency usage.
• Tax Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any taxes resulting from rewards earned through Dragon Fly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dragon Fly shall not be held responsible for:

• Wallet errors or incorrect withdrawal details provided by users
• Losses due to cryptocurrency market fluctuations
• Third-party service interruptions or failures
• Technical issues, bugs, or downtime
• Loss of data or points due to technical failures
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of USDT equivalent to points in your account at the time of the incident.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on this page
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top
• Sending an in-app notification (when possible)

Continued use of Dragon Fly after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
