Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and personal data

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you cannot recover your account, points, or game progress.

Alternative Deletion Methods

Delete via App (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly from the Dragon Fly app:

Open Dragon Fly app
Go to Settings > Account
Select "Delete Account"
Follow the confirmation steps

Send an email to [email protected] with:

Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Your full name
Registered email address
Dragon Fly User ID
Reason for deletion

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours acknowledging your request.

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed within 7 business days from request confirmation.

Permanent Loss: All points, rewards, and game progress will be permanently deleted
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any purchases made
No Recovery: Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
Withdraw First: Withdraw any points before requesting deletion
Data Retention: Some data may be retained for legal/compliance reasons
